At memoriesballgift, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Items on sale or marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@memoriesballgift.store.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@memoriesballgift.store.
